Prior to joining Rhythm, Scott was Chief Operating Officer of Perry Health, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of AI-assisted primary care provider K Health. Scott brings deep expertise in scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation in healthcare across early stage and companies through IPO.

Brittany Kesar has been with Rhythm since 2021 and has over eight years of experience in the medical field, ranging from hospital settings and electrophysiology labs to remote medical operations. Brittany leads initiatives designed to optimize operations and improve team integration, ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented in remote cardiac monitoring services.

Joe Saia is a visionary technology leader with deep expertise in developing cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of healthcare and technology. With a PhD in Economics from Columbia University and a strong foundation as a data scientist and machine learning engineer, Joe specializes in building intelligent systems that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and drive innovation. His strategic approach to leveraging AI and data-driven insights delivers measurable value, making him a key driver of growth and transformation in the healthcare space.

Terry Fokas serves as General Counsel for Rhythm, overseeing the company’s regulatory, operational, and human resources compliance. In addition to managing compliance and HR matters, Terry leads the drafting and negotiation of customer and vendor agreements. Based in Dallas, Texas, he collaborates closely with Rhythm’s executive, technical, sales, and customer service teams across the company’s offices in Rockville, Maryland, and Brooklyn, New York.

Paul is an accomplished sales leader with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in cardiology and electrophysiology. With deep expertise in consultative selling, strategic negotiations, coaching, and executive-level presentations, Paul has been a driving force behind Rhythm’s significant growth since joining in early 2021. As Head of Sales, Paul is responsible for expanding client utilization and managing strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts across the country.

Blair King Bader is a strategic marketing leader specializing in B2B SaaS and healthcare tech. With expertise in go-to-market strategy and revenue growth, Blair excels at aligning marketing, sales, and product teams. Blair's role at Rhythm is to drive marketing strategies for Rhythm’s remote cardiac monitoring solutions, focusing on market positioning, customer acquisition, and brand differentiation. Blair has a track record of building high-performing teams and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and business impact.
